iSlay Bible Study: Justice Seekers and Freedom Fighters Edition

This past year has been so incredibly difficult. In fact the past several years have been a nightmare. We continue to experience racism, sexism, poverty, homophobia, and all forms of oppression: systemic and structural. We have been traumatized as we watch police brutality continually go unchecked. We are experiencing a poorly managed pandemic that continues to rage on and on. And often it feels like we are fighting a losing battle. But defeat can NEVER be the perspective of the Christian. For we know that we already have the victory in Christ! But how do we get to it?

I firmly believe that in the work of making a more just world, there is room for everyone. And God has uniquely gifted you (yes, YOU!) with something that can get us closer. But what is that something? And how can you use your talents to service in realizing freedom for all?
